DELIVERY & RETURNS

Once your credit card or PayPal payment has been approved, your order will be dispatched via DHL Express (International orders) or Australian Registered Post (Australia and New Zealand).

We aim to dispatch your orders within 1-2 business days, during sale and holiday periods please allow up to 3 business days. Orders made within Australia or New Zealand should arrive within 3-6 business days depending on your location and are dispatched via standard Australian Registered Post. For locations outside of metropolitan areas please allow an additional 2 business days for delivery.

International orders should arrive within 3-7 business days (but may take up to 10 business days depending on your shipping destination) and are dispatched via DHL Express.

To ensure prompt delivery we must receive proper and complete addresses at point of purchase. The delivery charge, if applicable, is for a single delivery address.

A daytime telephone number (valid for your shipping destination, including the area code for international shipments) and a valid email address is required in the event that we or our delivery agents need to contact you.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email of your Australia Post or DHL Express tracking number. You can track your order here www.auspost.com.au/track and http://dhl.com/en/express/tracking

Both Australia Post and DHL Express provide SMS and/or email notifications updating you of the status of your parcel and allow you to track your delivery in real-time via the above links. 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery is FREE for all orders $150 AUD and over within Australia and/or New Zealand and FREE for all International orders $300 AUD or over.

For any order below these amounts, the following shipping costs apply: 

  • Australia: $8.90 AUD (all orders $149 AUD and below)
  • New Zealand: $15 AUD (all orders $149 AUD and below)
  • Rest of World: $25 AUD (for all orders $299 and below)

DUTIES & TAXES

The price stated on our website is inclusive of any sales taxes, such as GST or VAT. 

Please note that in addition to any applicable delivery charge, you may incur duties and taxes levied by the country to which you have specified delivery of your order.

RETURNS 

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we understand however that on occasion you may wish to return an order.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon receipt, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of the original packaging.

You may return your goods to us and we will refund your purchase in full (exclusive of any shipping costs, duties and taxes levied) provided that the goods are received by us unused and in a perfect saleable condition with all tags attached.

We will not accept returns for non-faulty items which have been worn and/or where tags have been removed.

We also require that you return the goods to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. Sale items must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. 

Please note we cannot accept swimwear returns where the hygiene strip has been removed.

Any item marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for return or exchange.

Once we have received and quality checked your return, you will be refunded within 7 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for international refunds.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method and you will receive an email as proof of your refund.

The cost of returns together with any applicable customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

The refund does not compensate for any currency/exchange rate variance between the original purchase date and the refund date.

All items returned as ‘faulty’ will be inspected by us, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear, or returned as faulty over 2 calendar months after the date of purchase, will not be accepted as faulty.

Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. All returned items that were paid for with a Gift Card will be refunded as store account credit, which can be redeemed against future orders.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Goods are returned to MAMA MUSE at your own expense. We recommend that you send by recorded post and that you retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any items which are lost in transit.

Please ensure that you return the goods to us within 14 days of the date from the date of receipt of your. Goods to be returned within 7 days if the item has been purchased in a sale (items marked Final Sale are non-refundable/not eligible for exchange). We will not be able to accept returns made outside this time period.

Please note that any international duties and taxes are not refundable. 

When we receive your goods we will quality check the items and check that the tags are in place. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we shipped them, we will arrange for a refund via your original payment method. This refund will be done within 7 business days of us having received the returned goods. The original shipping and any applicable customs duties and sales taxes charges will not be refunded.
